Kishore Reddy, the Founder and CMD of Mana Projects Private Limited launched the unique Mana Projects at the advent of this millennium. His prime objective was to develop high-quality housing with a focus on the millennial’s idea of ready to move apartments in Bengaluru. His focus has remained on the ever-increasing needs and changing preferences of locals as well as the lifestyle choices of new settlers in the IT capital of India.

Today, the company, under his dynamic leadership and guidance, has built deep domain expertise in mid-range, premium and luxury apartment categories across Bengaluru.

It is under Mr Kishore Reddy’s mentorship that Mana Projects has emerged as one of the foremost real estate developers in Bengaluru. Having delivered numerous Residential Projects well on time, without compromising on the quality and the expected standards, Mana Projects has become the best real estate company in Bengaluru. His undying passion for scaling greater heights while setting higher standards is why Mana has gained strong brand equity. The numerous accolades and awards that Mana Projects have received do speak for his outstanding contribution to the real estate sector. The company has now completed 24 projects focusing primarily on ready to move apartments in Sarjapur.

The company has also launched the luxury-brand ‘Uber’, thereby expanding the company’s grasp further to new segments of property development. This luxury residential project under the Uber brand is named ‘Uber Verdant’, a much-appreciated project by the real estate developer fraternity as well as the public.

He hails from Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. He got his M.A., M.Phil and PhD degrees in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He has served in many capabilities in the State Government of Andhra Pradesh for more than 25 years, including the Mandal Development Officer, a faculty member at the APARD Extension Training Center and District Panchayat Officer in Chittoor District, with distinction and appreciation. In recognition of his yeomen services to the people at the grassroots level (incomplete sentence). As MPDO and District Panchayat Officer in Chittoor District, the respective District Collectors and Ministers honoured him 5 times with the Best District Officer Certificates. He is a specialist in Capacity Building and Training Programmes for the officials and non-officials of Panchayati Raj Institutions. He is an author and member in many reputed professional bodies include the prestigious “The Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi”.

At Present, he is working at Mana Projects in the capacity of Director(Admin). He is looking after subjects like Purchase and Contracts, General Administration, Employees and labour social security aspects of PF, ESI, Insurance and also Monitoring the company’s ISO Standards.

Having an innate passion in the field of construction and real estate, Mr. T Gurusamy has done his M. Tech in Building Technology & Construction Management from IIT Madras. He did his B.E Civil Engineering from Anna University (formerly College of Engineering, Guindy), Chennai. He has come a long way, having over 30 years of experience in the construction of Multi-storied Residential and Commercial Complexes, Villa Developments and Large Township Projects. He has previously worked as a Vice President in Brigade Enterprises Ltd and in senior positions in NCC Urban infrastructure Ltd, A N Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants and Chaitanya Builders. Currently, he is the head of Project Management Consultancy firm GHAA Associates extending his service to various builders, he has worked in the field of project management and execution in various part of India and Muscat.

Mr. Gurusamy has been Associated with MANA Projects since 2016, and has been involved in the efficient management, value engineering, optimizing designs and successful handing over of various projects of MANA Projects Pvt. Ltd.

Mr A. Shyam Prasad holds the position of Director, Projects at Mana Projects. Under his supervision, close to 2.5 million square feet of residential construction has been delivered. His hands-on approach has played a pivotal role in achieving the present stature of the company.

Ms D. Neeraja Reddy is the Promoter-Director at Mana Projects, she has been actively involved in all the decision making processes at the board level and has contributed immensely to the growth of our business which has resulted in achieving close to 2.5 million square feet in a period of 18 years. She possesses great business acumen in identifying multiple opportunities and has played a significant role in the implementation of systems within the organization.
